the hotel provided airport transportation this process was very smooth the staff welcomed us warmly they prepared vegan food i found that really thoughtful the beachfront restaurant offered local food with happy hour cocktails the calamari was very good the service was quick.

The hotel staff were very polite and accommodating. The beachfront view added to the relaxing atmosphere. Nightly entertainment included fire dancing. The team surprised us with a complimentary cake and decorated room for our kids' birthday.

Our beautiful beach front view room offered a spacious setting and a comfortable bed. There was a leaf on the bed cute my wife. The rooms were spacious and included king size beds. The room was clean.

The staff were very attentive, nice and helpful. The hotel staff picked us up upon arrival at the airport. Free bananas and water are available to help energize you at the gym. The front desk staff waved goodbye as we left in the van.

The beachfront WAS fine. The staff maintained cleanliness of the resort, even the shoreline. Breakfast offered daily menu changes . We appreciated that. Our room received cleaning twice a day and nightly biscuits, a sweet touch.
on two days, THERE was no water at all in the room. There was no hot water available on twelve days. The hotel didn't change the bed linen unless i asked them to.

the hotel features a pool for adults and a separate smaller pool designated for children. the fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. guests can access complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the premises.

The rooms were clean and spacious i liked it. The location was very accessible and near everything i wanted. The staff was friendly and ready to assist with any requests i had .
The food was not the best i have had. I waited a long time for my water to arrive. i found the dining prices to be expensive.

the staff seemed polite, and i found them accomodating to my needs.
the rooms, they don't look like what i expected and the photos showed. the furniture looked kind of old, and the bathroom seemed worn. the whole place just didn't feel special and also breakfast was a struggle, i needed a special ticket even with the bracelet, that felt redundant and stupid, what a waste of my time.
